What’s Wrong with McKinney TX is What’s Wrong with America.

All across the USA, people have been pointing judgemental fingers at McKinney, Texas: pointing at the town’s racism, pointing at the town’s homophobia, and pointing at the town’s police misconduct. All such fingers implying a certain superiority on the locale of those doing the pointing.

And those assumptions of superiority are, of course, misguided at best and lies at worst. Let’s take a few of McKinney’s recent “sins” and see how our states, cities, and neighborhoods stand up in comparison, shall we? Oh yes, yes we shall:

Homophobia: Kids who wore t-shirts supporting a bullied friend were harassed, publicly shamed, and otherwise penalized for having the words “Gay OK” on their shirts. The bullies were not, and have not, been punished. Think your town’s schools administrators are better? Probably not.

Racism: White people caused the recent dustup at that pool party, and let’s not pretend otherwise, OK? The white 911 caller was a racist (and has a criminal record), and the white woman who started the pool party fight is an obviously racist POS. Neither of them got so much as a glance from the idiot cop who pummeled an innocent black teen.
Think your town is better? Maybe it is, but probably not.

And let’s not even get STARTED on police misconduct, OK? Just check out the nationwide stats on skin-color-based differences in how law enforcement treats our citizens. No place is immune.

Yes, McKenney has racists, bigots, and crazy cops. So too does Ferguson. And, Staten Island. And, Cleveland. And so too does America as a whole: a wonderful, but deeply f***ed-up country. Until we realize that racism, homophobia, bigotry and other forms of hatred infest our nation from coast to coast and top to bottom, we’ll never get this place cleaned up.

Instead of pointing fingers at others, let’s put our digits to work. fixing our own problems.

It used to take days or weeks to execute an innocent black man. Now it can be done in a few minutes.

Back in 1944, a young black male named George Stinney, Jr. was accused, tried, convicted and executed in a matter of days for a crime he almost certainly did not commit. By white people. White people who hated black people:

“It took less than a day for a jury to convict George Stinney Jr. and send him to the electric chair,” NPR’S Hansi Lo Wang reports. “He was convicted of the deaths of 11-year-old Betty June Binnicker and 7-year-old Mary Emma Thames in deeply segregated Alcolu, S.C.”

Matt Burgess, an attorney for the Stinney family, tells Hansi, “There were no African-American people in that courthouse. It was a jury of 12 white men. Everyone in that courthouse was white.”

George Stinney Jr. was executed less than three months after the two girls were murdered. His trial lasted just one day. After the jury needed less than 10 minutes to declare him guilty, no appeals were filed on his behalf.

“His executioners noted the electric chair straps didn’t fit him, and an electrode was too big for his leg,” The State newspaper reports. The paper adds, “It took Mullen nearly four times as long to issue her ruling as it took in 1944 to go from arrest to execution.”

70 years later, in 2014, lots of black males were murdered by racist white government employees in Cleveland, Ferguson, Staten Island, and many other places across the country. The only difference? Time.

The 2014 cops didn’t even pretend to bother with courts or silly things like due process: no, they arrested, accused, tried, judged, and killed, all in a matter of minutes. Or seconds, in the Cleveland case.

Those who say we have “made progress” in terms of equality are correct. However, that progress is NOT in a good direction. It’s going backwards. Until we as a society admit that our institutions have been made into Ayn Randian, apartheid-esque, Teabagger havens for a load of Ted Nugent wannabees, things will only get worse.

Clarence “Uncle” Thomas Doesn’t want other Blacks to have Voting Rights

He and his fellow racist, bigoted, partisan, Ayn-Rand-worshiping , Teabagging “Republican” Supreme Court “Justices” pretty obviously want to disenfranchise every person of color who does not sit on the high court. Yesterday’s “f*** those poor black voters” ruling is just the latest example:

“Tens of thousands of North Carolina voters, especially African-American voters, have relied on same-day registration, as well as the counting of ballots that were cast out of precinct, for years,” Barber said in a statement. “As the appeals court correctly concluded, eliminating these measures will cause irreparable harm of denying citizens their right to vote in the November election – a right that, once lost, can never be restored.”

Despite the Supreme Court ruling, Barber said, the NAACP and other organizations plan to make “sure that, county by county, as many votes as possible are counted despite the barriers posed by the Supreme Court’s ruling.”

Prior rulings in Ohio and indeed, nationwide, demonstrate that the Roberts Court has a 100% racist agenda when it comes to voting. The “conservatives” ALWAYS vote to f*** people of color. Even when they themselves are POC, people like Clarence “Uncle” Thomas do all they can to oppress and abuse others.

And the most disgusting aspect of this loathesome man, beyond his massive hypocrisy, is his near-sociopathic greed, lust, and lack of concern about anyone but himself. He has been a huge beneficiary of Affirmative Action, but wants no one else to get those benefits. He has profited greatly by Civil Rights laws, but wishes to deny those benefits  to anyone else.

The other four “Justices” who routinely vote to turn non-white American citizens back into slaves (Alito, Scalia, Roberts, and Kennedy) are, of course, white, so their racism, classism, and discriminatory actions are to be expected from scum such as they. But for a black man to oppress other black people, and to do so with such consistency and enthusiasm, is truly inhuman and borders on the demonic.

And what is the quickest and best way to turn people of color back into second-class citizens? Why, taking away their access to the polls, of course. Clarence “Uncle” Thomas knows this, and that is why he rules as he does. Take away the voting rights from black citizens, and they won’t truly be citizens any longer.

People of color need to vote. They need to vote for politicians who don’t hate minorities, so that future Supreme Court jurists are worthy of being called “Justices”. Without the scarequotes.

Because “Republicans” put that bastard Uncle Thomas on the court. Given the chance, they’ll put more black-hating motherf***ers up there with him. Vote, while you still can. Against the racist Republican  motherf***ers like “Uncle” Thomas.

Americans seem to be OK with terrorists, as long as they are white.

His name is not Abdul Ibrahim, it is Andrew Scott Boguslawski. He was caught with weapons, ammo, dozens of bombs, and other tools of the terrorist trade in Ohio a few weeks ago. He looks to be an average American on the surface. The media has been pretty restrained in their reporting, treating it like a normal criminal case. No one is freaking out.

His name is not Muhammed Bin Arjara, it is Mark Kulis. He is one of those “sovereign citizen” nutbars, and was also busted for having illegal weapons and explosives. The media has been pretty restrained in their reporting, treating it like a normal criminal case. No one is freaking out.

His administration put millions of Americans at risk by shutting down part of the George Washington Bridge (a known terrorist target) on 9/11 of last year. But just imagine the hue and cry and universal brouhaha had any of these three mutts been swarthy males with “foreign-sounding” names. The “news” media would be in 24/7 panic-inducing, fear-mongering, hair-on-fire, freakout mode. The cops would be deploying all manner of special weaponry. Americans would be told to use extra caution, to look under our beds, to be “vigilant”.

But since these are honkie dudes with “normal” names, America pretty much yawns.

Gentle Reader, this is nonsense. The skin color of someone who does you harm makes no difference whatsoever when you are lying in an ambulance or morgue. And paying undue attention to someone’s skin color or religious background when trying to decide if they are a threat makes it far more likely that somebody else you aren’t looking at will blow you to Kingdom come.

Or, of course, the whole “Global War on Terror” schtick could just be a con job, a cynical manipulation of the public so as to enrich the rich and gull the gullible; and maybe we should just calm down and treat all terrorists as common criminals, like we are those two lily-white curs in Ohio… Naah. Couldn’t be.

Everything Black Folks Need to Know About Republicans and Right-Wingers

is “Republican” “Pundit” Ann Coulter’s reaction to the acquittal of George Zimmerman (and thus the legalized murder of an unarmed black kid). Here’s the link if you can’t believe this s*** is real. Yes, she is giving thanks to the Lord that Georgie got away with murder. Killing a young man of color is now legal, so she is singing hallelujah. That is some serious hatred of black people, friends.

These people are seriously bigoted, misogynistic jerkoffs, and they are getting more and more deranged every day. Another example:
Ted “I pooped my pants to dodge the draft” Nugent lays out the racist screed.

If that isn’t enough to make the point, here’s another example: an elderly black musical legend got assaulted by a racist white woman for dedicating a gospel song to Trayvon Martin.

Gentle Reader, do we really need any more examples? “Republicans”, Teabaggers, Birchers and other Wingnuts hate blacks. They aren’t even over the Emancipation Proclamation yet, much less the Civil Rights Act. And they are never going to accept black folks (or anyone else but white people) as humans, much less equal.

That being the case, all of us, of all hues, really need to un-elect their a**es at every opportunity. Because as long as racist f***tards hold high positions in government, media and commerce, they will continue to send the message of inequality. Only when those who hate their fellow man are marginalized can the rest of America live in equality and harmony.

Yes, this man thinks that we should hate and fear our government. Really. He also says the Founding Fathers felt the same way.

Ya know, people who build houses rarely hate and fear houses. People who hate and fear booze rarely go into the Bourbon business. But in JohnsonLand, people who hate and fear governments build, well, governments.

Bigotry, Culture Wars and Misogyny Worked Horribly Last Time. So “Republicans” Will Keep Doing The Same Thing.

At the Faith and Freedom Coalition convention this week, Elephant after Elephant trumpeted the message of intolerant, hateful, unconstitutional garbage that voters emphatically rejected last November. Even after taking such a whipping, these fools refuse to see the obvious: they are a minority and the majority disagrees with them. “This call for us to silence ourselves and to stop speaking about the values that we know work is a big mistake” says Marco Rubio. (Note to Marcy Marc: you might “know” they work, but the evidence says they don’t. But hey, you don’t believe in objective reality or even science, so why should we be surprised when you ignore evidence? )

And it is not just random rants at a Klann-ish Konference: in Ohio, the legislature is poised to screw over the poor, the working poor, women, minorities and pretty much everyone who hasn’t paid them off with the new budget. State after state, legislatures are passing woman-hating legislation that gives fat old rich white guys the right to control the bodies of women they haven’t even met. And yes, the Repubs still hate them some gays, non-whites and immigrants. And they show this hatred with their actions.

Ya know, Mr. Blunt and Cranky used to play bass solos: after he noticed that the audience hated them, he stopped playing them. Bill Clinton used to stop for greasy cheeseburgers on his daily jogs: after he had a few bypasses done, he stopped eating them. Pretty simple to do, right? You see that what you’re doing isn’t working, and you stop. doing.it. But are the “Republicans” aware of this simple truth? No. No, they aren’t.

Democrats will likely be cheering this stupidity, since it’ll make it easier for them to win elections. But the rest of us, the majority of Americans who belong to neither one party nor the other, aren’t cheering: it means that the important things we need the government to do (and that we are paying them to do) won’t get done, because the Repubs are too busy with their anti-“social” issues to do any real work (you know, like building roads, paying cops and fire fighters, little things like that).

Yes, even though it doesn’t work for anybody, the ‘Phants will keep on with the racial prejudice, woman-oppressing, immigrant-hating bulls*** for the foreseeable future: because, you see, in their little bubble of faith-based “facts”, THEY think it actually does work. There is none so blind and all that.

Racist White Georgia Jackasses Hold a “We Hate Black People” Prom

“Despite the students holding a prom designed to include everybody, CBS Atlanta News discovered the “white” prom still took place. It was held in Fitzgerald, Georgia, on April 20. No one confirmed it was a “white-only” event, but dozens of Caucasian kids, dressed in prom gowns and tuxes, attended. CBS Atlanta News never saw anyone of color the entire night.

Most of the attendees refused to talk to CBS Atlanta News. They, instead, ignored our questions or spoke angrily. “Lady, get out of my face,” snapped one father when asked why he was there.

Another father threatened to sue CBS Atlanta News, and yet another ordered us to turn-off our cameras. At one point, the police were even called even though we were breaking no laws by remaining outside of the event on a public sidewalk.”

That, Gentle Reader, is proof that we are not in a “post-racial” world, no matter how many people would have us believe otherwise. There are loads of idiotic, mouth-breathing, hate-ridden bigoted f***wits out there who hate other people because of their gender, skin color, and other factors.

We still need to support all those who fight against the pond scum who organized and attended this “We Hate Black People Prom”. There are no Accidental Racists. Just Chickens*** Racists.

This is the “White History” Facebook page, a page which claims not to be racist. Nonono, they are not racist at all, notatallnonono, they are are merely providing a resource for the “oppressed white people of America” or some such nonsensical twaddle. Jesus f***ing Christ in a teapot, really?

Come on, people, we honkies are in no way, shape or form victims, and bulls*** pages like this one are based on a delusional, crybaby wahwahwah version of reality that has nothing to do with facts. White people own the majority of the nation’s wealth, we own the institutions and have the power in almost every aspect of American life. We don’t need a “white history month”, because 90% of history is already about white people.

So why have such a page, then? One word: racism. Stop cowering, ferchrissakes, man, buck up. Own it.

But they, unlike these wussie-boys on Facebook and elsewhere own their racism. They admit to hating “them n*****s, spics, wops and chinks”, and think they should all “go back where they came from”. Disgusting, yes (we are not close to that part of the family, to put it mildly), but honest.

There’s a lot of girly-men (likeBrad Paisley, who, quivering little daisies that they are, want to keep their racism without having to admit to it. They can call it “accidental”, they can call it “white history”, but that is a load of bull by-products. They are racists.

Almost everyone knows that the Confederate flag is a racist symbol, just like the Swastika is. If you wear either, you are wearing a racist symbol. And that makes you a racist.

An old saying:”lie to everyone but your doctor or your lawyer”. To that we should add “or yourself”. If you are going to be a racist, you should at least have the testicular fortitude to admit it to yourself. Because the rest of us can see that you are a racist. And a coward.

The NAACP Almost Deals With Their Disgusting Steubenville Board Member

Yesterday, one Royal a**hole Mayo, past president and current board member of the Steubenville NAACP, said some truly vomit-inducing things about a poor girl who was raped by one of his friends. You can read the Revised Cranky Edition of the story, and find Mayo’s Facebook page HERE.

Late yesterday, the NAACP did, at least, repudiate the remarks of His Imperial Mayoness. However, they spent at least as much time covering their collective arses as they did condemning his slanderous, sexist, disgusting pro-rape statements.

You see, Royal woman-hater Mayo is still a board member of the Steubenville NAACP. They can say he’s not a spokesperson, they can say he’s no longer a chapter president, and that may be true. But he is still an officer and member of the organization. So they don’t appear to be all that upset about what their official said, now do they?

If they were really concerned by the Mayo’s pro-rape positions and his spreading of lies about the victim of a crime his buddy Malik Richmond was convicted of committing, they’d at least have removed him from the board. But they haven’t. So they aren’t.

As a public service, this writer most humbly suggests a new slogan for the NAACP: ” advancing civil rights for men, and putting women in their place”. Seems to fit.
