Not only is he an arrogant, blowhard bully, we now see that he has no concept of personal responsibility. The man is blaming his staff for the deadly Bridgegate scandal. First he mocked, then he deflected, then he denied, and now he is blaming. That, Gentle Reader, is not leadership.

Leaders lead – they don’t hide behind bluster and bullying. And they set the tone for their operations, whether they be in charge of an infantry platoon, a McDonald’s, or a Governor’s office. The person at the top is ultimately responsible for what happens on their watch. That’s Management 101.

Once again, a small town police force sides with the rapist and abuses the victim. Once again, the rapist gets off scot free. Once again, Anonymous targets the rape-loving locals. And once again, suddenly, the “justice’ system starts prosecuting the rapist:

Short form: A young girl got drugged and raped by a high school football star in Maryville, MO. The locals covered it up, dismissed the charges, abused the victim and her family, and generally acted like the rape-loving mother***ers that they are. Indeed, they got the victim’s mother fired, ran the family out of town, and burned down their house. When the family objected, the local pig lawman said that they should just “get over it”. Meanwhile, the scumsucking child-molesting rapist s***head is off at college, making rape jokes on Twitter.

Then, Anonymous got pissed off. And just like in other crappy little rape-havens across the country (like Steubenville, Torrington, et.al) people from outside of the pisspot little towns (like, say the Attorney General) started pressuring the locals to do something about the crimes except jerk off while watching the incriminating videos of the rapes. The locals have, true to form, refused to put down their puds and enforce the law, so the Staties are stepping in. Hopefully it’ll end up like Steubenville, with the rapists in jail and the whole town under criminal investigation.

It is a sad commentary on America’s rape culture that we need a group of online vigilantes to safeguard the women in our nation. But sad or not, it is the reality: many small-town cops dig rape (and they must, because otherwise they’d prosecute the criminals instead of abusing the victims). If ever you (or someone you love) become the victim of sexual violence, put up the FawkesSignal and get Anonymous on the case. Because otherwise, justice will never be served.

Just like Steubenville before it, Maryville is condoning sex crimes committed against children. A 13-year old girl was plied with booze until she passed out, then raped repeatedly, and dumped on her lawn in freezing temperatures, and then left to die. When she objected to being raped, she and her family were run out of town, and their house was burned to the ground.

And like Steubenville, the town is covering up the crime, abusing the victim, and supporting the stinking pervert rapist.  Which pretty well makes Maryvillians a load of rape freaks. Girls at the high school wore t-shirts with slogans like “Matt 1: Daisy 0”.  The victim’s mother was fired from her job by a boss who has close ties to the rapist. The charges against the rapist were dismissed, and he is off at college, tweeting little comments like: “If her name begins with A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z, she wants the D.”

Once again, America, it is time to face up to the facts: this is a profoundly sick nation. And you can’t point at Maryville as an exception or aberration like you did all the other little pisspot towns in the past, because there are just too many of them out there.

If these demented, privileged, scumbucket, pervert mother***ers aren’t jailed, then the community needs to shame them, shun them, and broadcast their crimes far and wide. Make them pay at least a tiny bit of the price for their crimes. Because, as in Steubenville, local law will not do their jobs: not, that is, if a high school football star rapes a little girl.

Recently the New York Times did a piece on the Torrington CT rape cases, and it exposed some serious underlying reasons for our nation’s problem with rape culture. Disturbing reasons.

There were the usual revolting attitudes towards sexual assault, of course: victim-blaming, slut-shaming, you know the steaming loads of donkey bollocks that rape apologists throw around. And there was something said by one Kenneth Traub, chairman of the Board of education. Something that shows just how out of touch adults have become.

He said, quoting here; “I put no weight in any comments made online. I don’t believe in Facebook. I don’t believe in Twitter”. Meaning by this that anything said over social media is unimportant.

You got that? Since he doesn’t use these tools, they have no value. This is, of course, antediluvian bulls***: such postings are court-admissible evidence, for crying out loud. Indeed, two Steubenville rapists are currently doing time after being convicted based partly on social media postings.

Because of this stupid a** hole’s willful ignorance, not a single student has been brought up before a special board that was set up by less-clueless adults. The board is to deal with cyber-bullying. And since Mr. Traub does not believe in cyber-anything, he will not use the tools available to solve the problem. And so the problem continues to get worse.

These are the people who are supposed to educate our children. People who are deliberately choosing not to live in the same world their students inhabit. And they wonder why they aren’t getting their message across? Christ on a trampoline, really?

Memo to Mr. Traub, and all who think like he does: you are failing us, you are failing our children, and you bear part of the blame for the sexual assaults perpetrated upon our daughters. You carry this guilt because you choose not to take the actions required to address the problems of the real world in which our girls get raped.

And because you choose not to address the problem, you are, effectively, accessories to rape. Your mothers would be so proud.

So much for the “no big deal” crap we’ve been hearing from a**holes around the country. So much for the “what was she doing hanging around football players” crap, the “she wanted it” crap, the “slut, whore, bitch” crap, and all the other bits of s*** being slung at the victims. Cops almost never bust men for sex crimes when no sex crimes have been committed. Hell, cops oftentimes don’t bust men for sex crimes when there HAVE been sex crimes committed.

Yes, it really happened. Yes, it’s completely and totally the fault of the rapists. No, it’s not the girl’s fault. Period. End of story. Fin.

Oh, and by the way, they are blaming the barely-teenaged girl for it.

First, they raped her. Then they and their fellow scumball pervert friends took to Twitter to gang-rape her again via social media .

Fortunately, these two cowardly, needle-dicked child abusers are 18 years old, and will be tried as adults. That means they’ll do more time, and harder time.

Here’s hoping the authorities drop the hammer on these two loathsome kiddie rapists, and that they get back what they gave once they are locked up.

Anybody who thinks that a few days of attention by our ADD media has solved the Steubenville Rape Culture problem should take a look at this: Rape has been a problem for decades .

It turns out that rape has been epidemic in that town for many years,and has maimed or destroyed who-knows-how- many lives. One brave soul who has decided to share her story is Traci Lords, who was raped at the age of 10 in a field in Steubenville: and no one noticed, no one cared, no one helped, and no one brought her evil s***sack child-molesting rapist to justice.

In other words, pretty much what was happening in the more recent case. That is, until people from out of town decided to shine a light on the Rapist-Friendly town of Steubenville, OH. Had that not happened, it is likely that the victim would have paid for the crime and and the criminals would have gotten off scot-free, as has happened so often before.

Mr. Blunt and Cranky finds it highly improbable that Steubenville is the only town in America where rape (and rape of children and teenagers) is common and goes unpunished. He finds thus because he himself was raped repeatedly (as a young child) back in the 60’s: he has never been to Steubenville. He knows many other survivors of sexual assault, and none of them were raped in Steubenville. And none of them received any support from the adults in their respective communities, nor was any justice done to their raping motherf***er criminal abusers.

Americans are heaping shame and blame on Steubenville, and deservedly so. That town needs beaten repeatedly and severely until it wakes up and sees itself for what it is: a sick and shameful place that hates women, rapes women, and uses sexual violence to control women by keeping them in a state of terror.

While so doing, though, remember that other towns all over America are just as sick, and equally in need of being awakened to their sorry-assed, revolting nature: that being a place that tolerates rapists and punishes their victims.

Instead of just looking at “other places”, we must all have the courage to look under the rugs of our own cities: there are things swept underneath pretty much everywhere, and what we find will sicken us, and hopefully prod us into action.

Traci Lords came forward with her story. Mr Blunt and Cranky, though far less famous, has come forward with his. If everyone can come forward and shine a light on our “hidden” darkness, we might have a chance in Hell of making our nation into what it already claims to be.

For now, though, America is what it is: a sick nation that tacitly encourages rape, and blames the victim instead of the criminal.

“Why, Mr. Blunt and Cranky, why are you hugely hacked off about the recent news of rape, conspiracy, and cover-up coming out of Steubenville, Ohio?” is a question that has been put to this blogger over the past few days. And a reasonable question it is, given how much else is wrong in the world these days.

The answer is simple: “daughters”. You see, the Cranky Family is blessed with more than one, and the thought that one or more of them could be:

* Fed a date-rape drug

* Dragged from house to house all night long and violated repeatedly and viciously by a load of walking s***acks;

* Left to be tortured and perhaps murdered while multiple “adults” in the community either looked the other way and/or helped these teenage raping sociopathic motherf***ers;

* Denied justice by the Sheriff, Police, Prosecutor and School Officials, all of whom were more interested in helping the criminal rapists than providing justice,

* And at last, her only hope of safety or seeing her abusers locked up was to found in a load of online hackers who had to violate the law in order to break through the criminal conspiracy of silence that kept her and other teenaged girls in a state of terror, wondering if they’d be the next victims of a entire city’s pathological obsession with a game centered around an inflated piece of dead pig;

All of these have the Cranky ticker working much harder than it should. Anger, nay, rage are the least of the emotions being felt here as we see how a good girl could be treated in such a fashion.

So, good people, put yourselves in this writer’s shoes, and tell yourselves that you would feel differently. He rather hopes you wouldn’t.

Here are the names of the adults who should have protected the girl: James Parks, Sheriff Fred Abdalla, Prosecuting Attorney Jane Hanlin, Head Football Coach Reno A. Saccoccia, and various parents, football boosters, bar owners and bookies.

Here are are names of the “Rape Crew” who appear to have committed these heinous, vile, despicable, revolting,  subhuman, filthy, disgusting crimes against humanity: Trent Mays, Malik Richmond:Michael Colin Nodiano; Evan Westlake;Charlie Keenan; Cody Saltsman; and Mark Cole.

May the Rape Crew and each and every one of their enablers themselves be violated, brutalized, raped, tortured and left for dead in a ditch. Just like the girl they did it to. Failing that, here’s hoping that the friends and relations of the girl use their ingenuity to deal with the responsible parties themselves.  Because as of right now, it sure as Hell doesn’t look like the responsible authorities are doing damn-all about the Rape Crew and their crime spree.
