The attorney for Jameis Winston’s alleged rape victim said she “absolutely” plans to file a civil lawsuit against the Florida State University star quarterback and the Tallahassee Police Department.

“I want heads to roll,” Pat Carroll, the attorney for the woman who claims Winston raped her in December 2012, told ABC News in an exclusive interview.

Carroll said the Tallahassee Police Department was negligent in handling her client’s case against the 20-year-old Heisman Trophy winner. He claims the way police handled the allegations led to a prosecutor’s decision to drop the case.

A very brave woman. The university and the local cops tried to stop her from reporting the rape and then dragged their feet, covered for the Heisman Rapist, and generally did their best to ensure that Justice would not be done. So she is going the civil litigation route.

It worked with another violent criminal football star and Heisman Trophy winner (OJ Simpson) after the criminal justice system failed to render justice upon him. Here’s hoping that it works here, too. Maybe then this violent criminal, and his many enablers, will get what they deserve.

She is in great danger if she carries the pregnancy to term. Her fetus is also at high risk.

But she cannot have an abortion, no matter the horrific circumstances. Even though she and her baby will most likely die, the government’s complete and total abortion ban mandates that she have her rapist’s child, even if it kills her (literally).

You might say, “how horrible” or words to that effect. You might say, “those barbaric Chileans” as well. But if you voted for any Republican in recent years, then you, yes YOU, supported exactly that policy. The same one. Read their platform: http://www.gop.com/2012-republican-platform_home/

“Faithful to the ‘self-evident’ truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed. We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.”

The wording of the Republican platform essentially calls for the nullification of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that effectively legalized a woman’s right to have an abortion, Roe v. Wade.

That is to say, the exact same law they have in Chile, where a tween rape victim is being forced by the Big Brother government to have a baby that was violently implanted into her without her consent. This, friends, is what abortion bans do: they kill people. There is nothing Pro-Life about abortion bans.

If you cast a vote for a Republican, any Republican, you have supported a policy that would force rape victims to suffer and perhaps die from bearing their rapists’ children.

Here’s hoping Hell is as bad as the Fundie preachers say it is, and that our elected “Republicans” wind up there. Because anyone who really thinks that little children should die by governmental edict, as a result of crimes committed against them, truly does deserve to burn in Hell alongside the rapists themselves. The Senate’s Pro-Killer Caucus

Today, some parents of children killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown will be on Capitol Hill begging lawmakers to allow debate on background checks and other gun-related legislation. And thirteen Senators have already told these grieving families to go pound sand. Yes, they did say that.

You see, the Senators in question (add Bitchy Mitchy McConnell to the list from yesterday) are much more sympathetic to the Adam Lanzas of the world than they are to the victims of gun violence. Put another way, they support the rights of killers over the rights of the killed.

This writer suggests that you contact the thirteen members of the Pro-Killer Caucus (feel free to use that phrase): Senators Paul, Cruz, Rubio, Lee, Moran, Inhofe, Burr, Johnson, Enzi, Risch, Crapo, Coats, Roberts and McConnell. Tell them that you support the rights of the 99.999% of Americans who are NOT killers.

As opposed to these Senators, who support the killers’ right to bear arms: arms they can use to kill little children.

Lying Sack of S*** of The Week: Ted “Poopie Panties” Nugent

Normally, Mr. Blunt and Cranky awards a Crown O’ Polished Turds to the weekly winner of this contest. However, as will be seen, this recipient seems to have serious issues with s***, and it would be inadvisable to provide him with more than he already possesses. So, no crown this week, just the title.

Teddy Boi is a lying sack of s***: indeed, a sack full to bursting. The only question is which of his statements are lies, and which are not. You see, back in the 70’s little Teddy gave an interview in which he described his outlandish and successful efforts to avoid getting his little poop-covered butt shot off in Vietnam.
See the link below: the man used hard drugs, went without any sort of body cleansing for a month, and crapped his pants for days prior to his physical exam: the purpose? Why, to fake mental illness and so avoid the draft. Mr. Blunt and Cranky read that magazine at the time and recalls the interview quite well.

Number A; he did indeed take the coward’s way out and let other, more patriotic men go to Vietnam and die in his place while he smugly stayed home, pretending to be a brave man, and is now lying about it, or
